Please review the terms and conditions covering warranty, vehicle preparation, reservations, appointments and nationwide delivery before making an enquiry or reserving a vehicle.
1. Warranty coverage
We provide a 3-month engine and gearbox warranty on a return to base basis.
If any third party attempts to work on a covered fault without our prior written consent, we will not be liable for the costs and the warranty will be rendered void.
Alternative warranty packages are available for purchase through us for customers seeking extended coverage.
These terms are in addition to, and do not affect, your statutory rights.
2. Vehicle preparation
All vehicles undergo a rigorous multi-point inspection and preparation process prior to sale.
Vehicles are supplied with a minimum of 7 months MOT. If a vehicle has less than 7 months remaining, a fresh 12-month MOT will be provided at the point of sale.
3. Reservations and appointments
All vehicle viewings are by appointment only.
Vehicle reservations are valid for 5 days unless otherwise agreed.
Reservation fees are non-refundable in the event of a no-show or if a cancellation is made with less than 24 hours' notice.
4. Nationwide delivery
Delivery services are available nationwide through The Transit Centre.
The transportation fee must be paid in full before the vehicle leaves our premises.
Delivery fees are strictly non-refundable.
Customers are encouraged to review all provided photographs and ask specific questions regarding a vehicle's condition before arranging transport.
5. Warranty work limitations
Return to base means warranty work is handled through us. External labour or work costs will not be covered unless authorised by us in writing before any work is started.
6. Extended cover options
If you want longer protection than the standard 3-month engine and gearbox cover, alternative warranty packages are available for purchase directly through us.
7. MOT and vehicle readiness
Every vehicle is prepared for sale with inspection carried out before handover, and MOT cover is checked so the vehicle meets the minimum standard stated in these terms.
8. Viewing before purchase
We strongly recommend asking any questions you have before reserving or arranging delivery. We are happy to provide additional clarification so you can make an informed decision.
